Another Manuscript Finished, Another Manuscript Started

Yea! Exposed Desires is finished! Well, as finished as it can be until I get the pages back from my crit partner. 🙂 And now, I’m already onto a new story. This one’s set in the small town of Altus, The Arkansas Wine Capital. Gotta love a story that’s set in a town with more wineries than people! *wink, wink*

The heroine’s on the run from her abusive husband. The hero’s a National Guard soldier just returning home from Iraq. She’s used to being on the run. He’s used to fighting for what he believes in. She gives him something to fight for; he gives her a reason to stop running.

And speaking of running, I’ve got to keep this post short. I’m supposed to be cleaning the kidlet’s playroom. Ugh… But hopefully after the end of the month, when my mostly secret “secret project” is finished, I’ll be able to start posting regularly again.
